About Barbara Callaghan and Associates

With solid results as a leader in telecommunications, Barbara quickly rose through the levels of a large telecommunications company to become the President of the Optical Components business unit - a global business with more than 10,000 employees and revenue of $2.4 billion. Barbara gained a reputation of having creative leadership skills and strong customer focus in a fast-paced rapidly growing market. During her tenure, her direct management style led the organization through periods of hyper growth and change, including the acquisition of global businesses and the streamlining of operations.

In a coaching environment, Barbara uses her energy, passion and experience to help business leaders unravel and solve their most complex business challenges. She works with individuals and groups, enabling them to succeed in today's constantly evolving business environment.
